Purchasing Power Parity
On all my shop items I apply the Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) that lets me set up dynamic discounts based on where you live, ensuring that the price is proportional to your local currency and cost of living.
The discounts range from 20% to 60%, are sourced from the World Bank, and refresh weekly. I have security checks to ensure you are located in the selected country. If you fail this check, you will still be able to purchase the product at full price.
POLICIES
- All sales are final.
- Cancellations are accepted just within 2 hours from the order.
- Return and exchange are not accepted.
- I am not responsible for any duty, import, taxes, customs (etc.) charges you may incur.
- Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by customer in legal accordance with International Postal Regulations.
- I do not refund for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.

- SHIPPING METHOD: with or without tracking service
PAYMENT
- I accept Credit Card/Debit Card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay payments.
- All the payment methods I use are safe and trustable, I don't receive any information about your credit card.
- If you need to pay via Bank Transfer just contact me at selenedew@gmail.com. I can accept Sepa Transfer (within the EU). In this case the transfer fee is to the customer.
RECEIPT
- The whole shipping procedure starts when I receive your payment. Inside the package you will find your non-fiscal receipt. I will also send you the digital non-fiscal receipt to your email address.
VALUE ADDED TAX
- I remind you that all the items available in my online shop have been handmade during my free time. My principal source of income does not come from these sales, therefore the profits made are taxable following the Italian rules of the hobbyists/creatives without a merchants VAT number.
